Signature favorites include Ayam Rica-Rica (spicy chicken from North Sulawesi), Ikan Pepes (fish steamed in banana leaf), Beef Rendang (slow-cooked spiced beef in coconut milk), Gado-Gado (mixed vegetables with peanut sauce), and Satay (grilled skewers with savory sauce). Vegetarian and vegan delights such as tofu curry, tempeh dishes, and stir-fried greens are also featured. Weekly highlights include beachfront barbecue nights and themed dinners under the stars.
